A class-legal Tornado mainsail developed for racing performance, durability and predictable handling.

The Pentex radial construction combines a proven Tornado shape with a strong, low-stretch laminate structure designed to maintain its flying shape under load.

The sail can be built in both flatter and fuller configurations, allowing the geometry to be matched to crew weight, sailing conditions and preferred handling characteristics.

The 1D Tornado programme has been developed together with top sailors, including Brett Burwill, and contributed to the 2019 Tornado World Championship victory with Max Puttman.
